About Us

Outdoor seating area with fans and umbrellas at Fort Walton Elks Lodge. — Fort Walton Elks Lodge 1795
Outdoor seating area with fans and umbrellas at Fort Walton Elks Lodge.

Lodge 1795 sits right on the Miracle Strip Pkwy with a backyard that opens up to the water, and members who visit from across the country keep coming back for exactly that reason. Regulars make the trip from as far as Washington state at least once a year, and it's easy to understand why: the combination of waterfront access, Crab Island proximity, and genuinely warm staff creates something most lodges simply can't replicate.

The bar is anchored by bartenders Dita and Jamie, names that show up in reviews the way a beloved neighborhood spot's best employees always do. Food comes out consistently delicious, the staff treats every guest like a familiar face, and the whole atmosphere strikes that rare balance between lively and laid-back.

Lodge 1795 carries a 4.7-star rating across 109 reviews, which tells its own story. This isn't a place coasting on tradition alone. It earns that rating every weekend.

What We Offer

Members pulling in with a camper or trailer can hook up to electric and water on-site, then take a fast boat ride over to Crab Island in minutes. The lodge offers boat docking that puts the best of the Emerald Coast right at your doorstep, making it a genuine destination stop for traveling Elks members.

Inside, the full-service bar keeps things running from happy hour through late evening, with a dining menu that consistently draws compliments. The waterfront backyard is the social hub, perfect for warm Gulf Coast evenings when you want good company and a cold drink with a view.

Community events, charitable programs, and member gatherings round out the calendar throughout the year, keeping Lodge 1795 active and connected to the broader Fort Walton Beach community it has served for decades.

"One of our favorite lodges! Come thru at least once a year from WA. Dita and Jamie are the sweetest bartenders. If you are a member and have a camper, trailer, etc- they have electric and water hookups for $40/night. And great Sunday brunch 8a-11a each Sunday ♥️🍾🚌💨🗺️"

"Great place with wonderful people! My family and I always have a good experience visiting. Their Sunday morning breakfast is very good, so if you haven't tried it yet, you should :) As an aside, I really admire the way the Elks Lodge #1795 was there for my family when my father (Rein P.) passed away in 2015. My dad was a member and enjoyed his friends at the Elks. When he passed away, the Elks granted my mother a lifetime membership, which was so kind and thoughtful. The support from the members during the days, weeks, months after my dad passed away was greatly appreciated and means alot to our family!!"

Flag Day.

Long before it was a national observance, the Order set aside June 14th to honor the flag. Patriotism has always been one of our cardinal principles, and every lodge meeting still closes the same way it has for over a century.
